I'm going to Spore flyer this Sat. Okay, i know spore flyer is like so yesterday lahhh!
But you guys paid for it whereas i got mine fully sponsored!

It's not like 1 or 2 sponsored tickets you know. Its 7!!! You saw it, S-E-V-E-N sponsored tickets.
Tell me why i love Nuffnang. HAHA!

I was intending to bring my family(Me, dad, mum & bro) plus granny along. But ended up being only Me, dad and granny. Then my dad decided to bring my Small aunt and my 3 cousins along. But baby is below 3, so she do not need to have a ticket which means Zhijie is coming along with my family!
Yes la! I can finally push him off the spore flyer and i shall be the last girl he ever loved. WAHAHAHAAAAAAA.


Anyway i went down to Nuffnang's office today to collect my tickets and i am so lost. Thank god his training was re-scheduled and could accompany me down.

What Rainie(Nuffnang's staff) told me was to exit from C. Okay, Farrer park has Exit from A right till G.
We referred to map and decided that F was definitely nearer to our destination so we took Exit F instead of C.
We ended up exiting from E cause Exit F was closed. We walked around for 15mins and finally found that bloody 38 Kinta road. LOL.


Dad picked me up after that and we went Mustafa for some groceries then headed down to Turf city for lunch/dinner.
After dinner we shopped at Giant for more groceries again. HAHA!

I was walking to the restroom when i saw crocs. You know those cute palm size crocs that allows you to put your phone in it? I wanted it since like 9876543212345679years ago when i set my eyes on them.
But he told me not to get it first. And bloddy hell! I was surfing the net and i saw it was selling exactly the same thing, at 3 times cheaper prize.

I dont care la. OR ZHI JIE has to go down Turf City with me to get my crocs handphone pouch. And i vaguely remember it only has 2 left on the rack.
Eh, man! We have to take action FAST! Quickly find time to go down with me!!!
HA.

Okay, time for games.
School holiday starts tomorrow!
I have NO school tomorrow. HAHA.

I'm not guilty. Really, although i'm supposed to be, for my absence in blog sphere.
But i tell you, this week had been a torturous week. I've attended chinese lessons from 0800 to 1335 for three consecutive days and i'm exhausted already.

But always look on the bright side of life baybeh! I self-declare friday is the end of my school's long term and me&Taiwan girl had already set ourselves in the friday-is-a-holiday mood. We've got many plans for fun mannnn! Heh.

On a side note, can you all be kind and pray for me before you eat, sleep, play, drink or go out of your house? Cause i really need to pass my CL badly. Just give me a C5 and i'll be really grateful.

Shiwei was drunk that night. She drank two full cups of Absolut Vodka. Totally regretted sabo-ing her. We had a tough night shutting her up, she kept babbling nonsense through the night. And she said square root of 125 was 5.




I dont know who the hell was sleeping on the bed. All i know is that i want to be in the picture. HAHA!

Wait till i tell you everything about it..

Given the high demands from bosses/teachers in Singapore, we often find ourselves having less than spent with our loved ones. The worst thing is that, even if we have time, some of us choose to spend it with friends instead. 

WHY?!

I wouldn't do that!!!(Okay, maybe. But not all the time.) But you see, I am one of those few lucky ones that my parents are still around and together. 

However i feel like my elder brother and I have not done enough to show how much we really appreciate what they did for us for the past 16-20 years.

And not to forget, my Granny too. She've been through the Japanese Occupation and from  young she've always told us about her near-death experience when she and her friends managed to avoid the soldiers.

Everytime before she starts, i would just roll my eyes and say to myself: Oh fuck, not againnnn...

But being a nice granddaughter, i patiently sat by her side listening to her talk, because she was the one who would wash my ass when i couldn't, feed me when i couldn't and suck my mucus(eww) when i didn't know how to blow them, yet.

My mum, what can i say? A poor woman being duped to come all the way to Singapore to suffer and bear with all our nonsense. 

And my Dad, always trying so hard to dominate our lives, restricting us from this, from that and expecting us to obey his command.

That's the reason why my Dad and Bro fell out. Owells, my family is pretty messed up now.

I tried so hard to make things work, it seems like it'd kill if Dad and Bro exchanged a word.

At least Mum and Dad can compromise things sometimes, for us, kids.

And you know what? I hope i can bring them to Singapore flyer and then tell them:

-Dad, you better stop interfering in my life or I'll jump. And please be nice to bro.

-Mum, please be smarter and don't always get duped by Singaporeans or I'll jump. And work things out with Dad.

-Bro, please stop being an irritant to me, I'll not jump. I'll push you off. And please listen to Dad and Mum before slamming the door at their faces.

-Granny, I love you. Enjoy the scenery.

HAHA.

I realised Singapore flyer had always been an ideal spot for me to attempt suicide or even attempt murdering somebody. Verbally, i meant.

Heh.

I'm digressing already. The main point here is that, sometimes we just need time to bond ourselves closer together.

There's no reasons for not spending time with your loved ones, there's only excuses.

So much for those common, 'I'm-really-busy-with-studies', 'i-can't-get-away-from-work', 'i-need-to-rush-this-out-by-today' bullshits.

Like, C'mon! We've 365 days a year! (366 on the leap year.)

And we have 24hours, 1440mins, 86400seconds in a day.

Sometimes, a simple good morning would make my day, and a ordinary good night wish would make my sleep well.

Facing the fact.

Heya world.
It've been an fruitful week. Everything's just wonderful.
Once again, ended a week with my loved ones.

I spent the whole morning airing my pillows & bolsters, keeping my clothes, tidying my table and scrubbing the ever-dirty toilet.

Then had a simple lunch with dad before he rush out to find Granny for Mother's day.

Zhijie came over and spent the whole afternoon with me revising work, playing and watching movies on his lappy.

And then devoted whole night to Mum after she came back from church service. I think we spent more than an hour in Subway talking about her past and our future.

I tell you, my Mum is definitely one of a kind. Okay, i know every mum is unique, duh!
What i'm saying is, my mum is not those typical aunties you see.

My mum came to Singapore with a man all alone. She grew independent on a foreign soil. Clueless about everything in Singapore, she could only rely on my dad for EVERYTHING.

Even after my bro was born, she knew little of English and Mandarin. She struggled, she fight on. And years later, she had me.

But at the 3rd month, the doctor said that i was a child who will suffer from down-syndrome.(Obviously the doctor hadn't obtain a real license or something.)
Of course, she was devastated and had no idea what to do next.

My Granny, Dad, Aunt chided her for everything.
Imagine, a woman like her, all alone on a foreign country, being pointed fingers at. How did she felt?

She did not, even for a millisecond thought of aborting me. All she had in mind was that she must give birth to me no matter what and bring me to the world. She been through hell for the 9 months.
Constant scoldings and blaming, she swallowed it down. She knew what she did was right.

And there, when she was going in labour, my dad was not even by her side.
She went to the hospital ALL BY HERSELF.
Right after i was born, she felt ill and was not allowed to go anywhere near me.
Imagine having a baby in your womb for 9months, you were not allowed to even hold it for a second after its born. This is what my mum felt.

This strong woman, was my mum.
Honestly, people of her age cannot really rely on friends for help as they also have family of their own. The only one she can turn to is me and my bro.

Her family? Well, thousands of miles away.
Why did she still want to all through these hardship?
One simple reason: For her children.

Mum hope that bro would become a better man after NS.
Mum hope that I would be able to achieve remarkable results and get into Uni.

All her life, all her hopes..Its on pinned on us.

So i dont see why i shouldn't fulfill her wish that is achievable and easy as compared to her hardship when she had me.


She might not be the person who taught me English in school, but she was the one who taught me ABC's.
She might not be the person who taught me Math in school, but she was the one who taught me 123.
She might not be the person who would teach me everything in the world, but she was the one who bought me to the world, and made everything possible.


I did not tell her i love her nor did i wish her happy mother's day. The more i didnt buy anything for her.
But i guess she can tell that genuinely i listened to her every complains and sorrows she had and enjoyed guggling Listerine as we strolled home even slower than snail to linger a little more longer of our i-appreciate-you-for-all-you-did talks.

I dont love my mum.
To say i love her is an understatement. No words can ever express how much she mean to me.
Stupid old Hag, i hoped you enjoyed your subway dinner and talks tonight.

The only confirmation is i'm going back to Thailand no matter what. 

Even at risk of getting attacked by red shirt(slightly possible) or contracting swine flu(highly possible as if i'm travelling with Taiwan girl. Pss, she's a swine.)
